Once your business has been set up on our platform, it is as simple as entering a name and email address into an online form that we provide. This is the last thing you need to do. The rest happens automatically.
Our system will send them an email asking your customer to rate their experience. If they don't click the link, we will send then a couple more reminders... just friendly reminders; not enough to annoy them.
Once they click the link, they are asked to either give a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down (we can also do a star rating).
If they give a positive rating, we drive them to an easy to follow interface where they can choose where to leave their review. We connect to Facebook, Google, ZocDoc and many others.
If they give a negative rating, they are asked to fill out a quick service recovery form to provide feedback and are not offered the option for public review. Most unhappy customers don’t want to tarnish your name; they just want to be heard.
